I have been a member of the Palace Resorts timeshare style "club" since 1997.
Why buy a stay from you?
I do not ask for any money personally as the guest pays Palace Resorts direct with their own credit card. I do not charge extra over my cost for a weeks stay (i.e., no processing fee).
How do I know you are a legitimate Palace Resort member?
Feel free to call palace resorts to confirm I am a member in good standing (I will need to provide my member number).
Why do you sell discount stays at the Palace Resorts?
Palace Resorts offers promotions which are beneficial for members to sell their weeks.
Why do prices vary between different Palace members?
Not all members have the same rates since they are free to charge any amount as a processing or service fee.
What is the cancellation policy?
Paid reservations cancelled more than 7 days prior to check-in are fully refunded except for a $100 cancellation fee.
Why shouldn't I just buy a stay from someone on eBay?
Members selling stays on eBay require you to buy a "discount stay certificate" from them first - typically for $100+. All this does is allow you to later purchase a stay through that member at the member cost. In other words, you pay a member upfront in order to purchase something from them later. Buying a stay through me allows the traveler to check rates first for a hotel/date, and book the room with Palace Resorts with your own credit card. Therefore, you only pay for a confirmed reservation with Palace Resorts (i.e., no concern about lack of room availability, and no money up front to gain access to the rates I provide). Finally, if your desired travel date/hotel is not available, you've invested in an eBay certificate for nothing.
